Click "Create Your First Invoice" or "New Invoice" from the dashboard
Select or add a client from the dropdown
Add invoice line items with descriptions, quantity and rates, amount is calculated automatically
Apply any discounts or taxes as needed
Select payment method (auto-fills on first use, or click "auto-fill" to populate)
Add any additional details as needed
Click "Create Invoice" and preview the invoice layout
Use detailed descriptions for better client understanding
Use the duplicate button for invoices that are similar, edit and save.
